Apartment Amenities
All of the apartments in our community come with appliances, including a microwave, range, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Every apartment has elegant granite countertops, stylish off-white cabinetry and luxury vinyl tile. Most apartments feature a private balcony. Every apartment has its own electric meter and is fire sprinkler protected.
Monticello Amenities
Our building also features a first floor game room and lounge. The second floor lounge and balcony features a big screen television, gas grill with tables and chairs. Wi-Fi is available in both areas. Mailboxes and locker boxes for UPS and FedEx deliveries are located on first floor; we also feature electric vehicle charging stations on the property. And, yes, our apartment homes are dog friendly! (No cats, please).
Monticello Lounge & Game Room
Located on the first floor, the Monticello Lounge is available for tenants to enjoy or reserve for events. The lounge is outfitted with a kitchen including fridge, microwave, and sink, as well as comfortable couches, a large-screen TV and ample seating for your guests. Or use it for a change of scenery when you're working from home.
Our game room, located right next to the lounge, has a pool table and a ping-pong table next to our Monticello library. Feel free to borrow a book to read for a relaxing afternoon.

Not Just a Parking Garage
